Italian Meatballs

This Albanian chef's secret to the perfect Italian meatballs — served locally at Ciao Italian Kitchen — is finding the right blend of meats.

Ground Veal
1 pound
Ground Beef
1 pound
Ground Pork
1 ounce
Fresh Garlic
1 ounce
Yellow Onions
2 whole
1 ounce
Panko Breadcrumbs
To taste
To taste
2 teaspoons
2 teaspoons
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil
Step 1
Mix ingredients.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix everything together well.
Step 2
Oil hands.
Cover hands in a thin layer of olive oil to reduce sticking.
Step 3
Roll out meatballs.
Individually roll your meatballs into about 3 ounce balls. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake meatballs.
Bake them at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve & enjoy!
Serve meatballs with your favorite pasta and sauce!
