Since opening in 2004 in Pawleys Island, Bistro 217 has set the bar for fine, eclectic dining and excellent service and atmosphere for the Grand Strand. Dishes range in flavors from Asian to Greek to Americana, with a menu item for everyone, with entrees like shrimp fried rice, Philly Cheesesteak, and gyros. A courtyard bar and patio invites guests to enjoy the sea breeze with a specialty cocktail, while the interior Chef Adam Kirby and his partner, Anne Hardee, built this restaurant from the ground up, along with his first restaurant, Rustic Table, also located in Pawleys Island.
